absolute game changer i implemented everything for over a month and it has worked altough recently im facing a new issue
i get up from studying i walk around and when i come back i still feel frustrated not fully calm and rested then i start fearing about the outcomes and i escape to youtube etc...
I don't think trying to run away from the fear of distraction is helpful. Sir down with a close friend or an open notebook and analyse that fear. A great advice came from "how to stop worrying and start living" - think of the worst possible outcome and admit that it happened.
Think of how bad your worst outcome can get in detail while being reasonable to some degree. Face your fears, look them directly into the eye and then do everything possible in your power to not make it happen.
Yeah man - think as worse as you can imagine. 60% is bad for you, but it won't be the end of the world, you'd still be eligible to sit for most entrance exams. the reason to do this exercise is to get rid of the anxiety you're dealing with, while interacting with your worst case scenario, you will become more comfortable that agar fail bhi ho gaya to boht buri situation nahi hogi. My worst case in this situation is still not the worst that can happen to someone.
